Communication of drawing or print information can be by any method that is convenient to you. Kulkoni Precision Metals and its partner foundries have full CAD/CAM and solid model capabilities. Once your RFQ has been received, Kulkoni engineers and metallurgists dissect the information to ensure accuracy and completeness. A partner foundry is then selected based on your part and delivery needs. Matching up a foundry’s strengths with customer requirements has been critical to Kulkoni’s success.

Kulkoni’s technical staff is then in constant communication with the foundry’s engineers through the entire development process. These procedures are also guided by Kulkoni representatives located in China.

Following the receipt of your order, patterns (tooling) are initiated and sample parts are produced. The samples are then fully tested by the foundry (as part of normal Quality Assurance procedures) for conformance to your specifications. Generally, the time taken with sampling process (delivery to your door) is competitive with domestic foundries, but we can “fast track” projects and significantly reduce development time…..just tell us what your needs are!
