Auditing and qualifying foundries is just the beginning of the Kulkoni quality process. Once we receive your order, we initiate an APQP process that involves you, the foundry and Kulkoni. Based on experience, we match up your part and your needs (quality, delivery, quantity) with a particular foundry’s strengths and capabilities.

A specific process is then designed to manufacture the parts. Detailed work instructions and control plans are documented and posted. Included in this process is a FMEA review that proactively thinks through any potential holes or failures in the system.
